To help you GET OUT OF DEBT we offer three options:
To get a clear understanding of how this works our
Process page will tell you how we do it. Check it out, then come back here and select one of the following
options to get started.
- If you already know you need our help complete the
Detailed Application which provides space to enter a list of all of your individual
creditors and the amounts owed to each of them, along with the interest rates, minimum
payments and so on. It also has space for you to provide a complete listing of your
typical monthly income and expenses. This is most of the information that we will
eventually have to gather from you in order to fully understand your situation and make
our proposals to the creditors. This form will allow us to spend more of our phone and
email time with you in understanding and helping with your problems instead of asking all
those details over the phone.
- If you are not too sure about how the process might work for you, or if you are concerned
that you might not qualify, complete a Short Application
which collects identification information from you along with a very brief statement of your
total income and unsecured debts. We will have to fill in the rest later in conversation
or in a subsequent online session.
- If you know you need help, but prefer to get to know us a little better before giving us
any detailed information just fill in the Quick Contact form below
which collects a minimum of information from you. We will contact you as soon as possible
and provide any advice or assistance that we can.
Which ever one you select, please be confident that we will treat your private information
with great respect. Your personal information including your email address and phone numbers
will not be sold, and your identity and the numbers you share with us will not be released to
any third party without your express consent. (We will have to make your position known to
your creditors in order for them to agree with our proposals, but we will not share ANY of
your data until you have agreed to that in writing.)
You will note that we have already checked the "add me to your mailing list" box for you.
We would like to send you information from time to time that relates to money, credit, debt,
home ownership, children and money, and other related topics. If, however, you would rather
not receive this information from us, please feel free to 'uncheck' the box.
